Good move.  She had been holidaying in the Maldives with boyfriend Ryan Mahoney, but Kerry did confess that she was feeling a little guilty for indulging in a little slice of paradise without her kids.  The former Atomic Kitten star is mum to daughters Molly, 18, and Lilly-Sue, 17 McFadden from her first marriage to Westlife singer Brian McFadden, daughter Heidi, 13, and son Max, 10, from her marriage to ex Mark Croft and daughter DJ rose, who she shares with late ex George Kay.  Sharing a selfie from her getaway, Kerry told fans: Living my best life! ❤️😘🙏 although did have a little cry last night “mummy guilt” but will be back to the crazy rugrats before you know it.’  Ahead of her trip, Kerry made sure she was Maldives ready, with a trip to the salon to dye her hair a pastel purple colour.  She was then seen sporting a mask over her nose and mouth while at the airport on her way to the Maldives amid the coronavirus outbreak, despite doctors stating that masks are actually pretty useless  Kerry told fans she didn’t want to take any risks, as she posed in the face equipment for her Instagram followers.  She wrote: ‘Taking no risks at the airport mmmmm so many saying masks don’t work but all the professionals in airports and hospitals are wearing them.’  Dr Simon Clarke explained on This Morning that masks don’t prevent you catching coronavirus.  ‘The pores and the fibres in them are too big for the virus. The virus is smaller than the wavelength of light, they will just pass straight through them,’ Dr Clark pointed out.  The best way to avoid catching or spreading germs is similar to how most people avoid catching the common cold.  NHS suggests covering your mouth and nose with your sleeve (or a tissue) when you cough or sneeze, put used tissues in the bin immediately, wash hands with soap and water often, use hand sanitiser and avoid close contact with unwell people.
