Today, few time ago a another amazing video called Kristen Bell on supporting Dax Shepard post-relapse: ‘He’s very, very worth it’ was published by the channel: Jason Douglas Vlogs

As informed in the video description by Jason Douglas Vlogs: Kristen Bell says her husband Dax Shepard is \”doing really great\” after the actor shared last month he was recovering from a relapse after 16 years of sobriety. \”Everybody’s up against their own demon,\” Bell, 40, said Wednesday on \”The Ellen DeGeneres Show.\” \”Sometimes it’s anxiety and depression, sometimes it’s substance abuse. The thing I love most about Dax is… that he was able to tell me and tell us and say ‘we need a different plan.’ \”Shepard, 45, shared on the Sept. 25 episode of his \”Armchair Expert\” podcast in a no-holds-barred conversation that he had recently relapsed and wanted to be honest about his journey in order to help others who may be struggling with addiction. In the episode, which was recorded Sept. 21, Shepard, who previously struggled with alcohol addiction and other drugs, explained he had previously taken prescription pain pills due to injuries from riding his motorcycle. But \”for the last eight weeks maybe\” he’d been \”on them all day.\”Speaking in Wednesday’s \”Ellen\” episode, Bell shared that the two previously had an agreement that if Shepard had to take medication, Bell would be the one to give it to him. About two weeks ago, Shepard asked wife Kristen Bell and podcast producer Monica Padman for help, he said on his podcast, getting audibly emotional at times during the discussion with Padman about his struggle to get the situation under control on his own. \”I’m so sorry that I lied to you and so many people,\” Shepard said to Padman. \”It’s really regretful and shameful and really bums me out that I’m that person sometimes.\”After the relapse, Shepard \”was like, ‘We need a stronger plan. I was faltering and I have to do some sort of emotional work to figure out why I wanted to use again,’ \” Bell recalled him saying. The couple, who married in 2013, is also \”going back to therapy,\” she shared. They have two daughters: Lincoln, 7, and Delta, 5. \”One of the main reasons I love him is that he’s also addicted to growth,\” Bell added. \”He’s addicted to evolving. He was like ‘I don’t want to risk this family and kids, so let’s put new things in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again.’ … I just love that he’s addicted to growth and I will continue to stand by him because he’s very, very worth it.\” Contributing: Rasha Ali
